What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the car washing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established processes and standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and facilities.
- Implement health and safety protocols to provide a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Staff Supervision and Training supervise a team of car wash technicians and support staff.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any employee issues or concerns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the car washing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other operational materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to operation management based on data analysis.
- Inspire and motivate the store team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and teamwork.
