  • You pay great attention to detail

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with clients and the crew
  • Coordinating diaries and bookings
  • Assessing briefs and deliverable matches
  • Preparing jobs, costing sheets and quotes
  • Managing deadlines for client’s requirements
  • Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs
  • Preparing supplier and clients reports for the CVO
  • Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO
  • General office administration duties
