What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Dealing with clients and the crew
- Coordinating diaries and bookings
- Assessing briefs and deliverable matches
- Preparing jobs, costing sheets and quotes
- Managing deadlines for client’s requirements
- Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs
- Preparing supplier and clients reports for the CVO
- Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO
- General office administration duties
