What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and platforms.
  • Lead efforts to define and refine the brand’s voice, values, and messaging, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor competitor branding and marketing strategies to ensure the company stays competitive in the market.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and press mentions.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, company statements, and other PR materials to maintain a positive public image.
  • Manage crisis communications and respond to media inquiries as needed.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and PR content, including articles, blogs, press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and optimized for the appropriate audience.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor, engage, and respond to followers, building strong online communities.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing, branding, and PR campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Use data insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies for better outcomes.
  • Assist with developing and editing proposals for the Sales Manager
