What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of digital campaigns, including planning, execution, performance analysis, strategy development for engagement and conversions, and collaboration with creative teams.
  • Managing and manipulating data files (CSV, Excel), ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and using data to inform and refine campaign strategies.
  • Managing secure data exchanges via SFTP, maintaining and troubleshooting campaign-related technical systems, and ensuring compliance with data security standards.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs for campaigns, providing updates and reports on campaign performance.

  • Tertiary Qualification - bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the digital industry or related field, particularly in roles involving data and digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel and CSV
