A Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, ensuring the efficient and effective management of revenue, assets, staff, and customer service. The role requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to maintain high standards in health and safety, and customer satisfaction.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

Management of Revenue

  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly revenue to ensure financial targets are met.

Management of Assets

  • Maintain and manage all equipment and assets to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs to avoid downtime.
  • Track and record inventory usage and order supplies as needed.

Management of Staff

  • Train and supervise staff to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Address staff issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

Rostering of Staff

  • Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times.
  • Monitor attendance and handle scheduling changes as needed.

Customer Service

  • Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and their needs are met promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Health and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections.
  • Provide training and resources to staff to maintain a safe working environment.
