What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the car washing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and facilities.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to provide a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Staff Supervision and Training supervise a team of car wash technicians and support staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any employee issues or concerns.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the car washing process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other operational materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to operation management based on data analysis.
  • Inspire and motivate the store team to achieve individual and collective goals.
