An Office & Administration Manager who will take full responsibility of all administrative matters relating to the efficient running of the Head Office, as well as general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations in the office.

What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to matters raised by head of property management and directors within one day of receipt.
- Assisting visitors who come to the office.
- Taking calls and dispatching as required.
- Ensuring that the office groceries and consumables are readily available.
- Have various forms completed and signed as required and delivered to the appropriate party.
- Order/purchase items for the office from suppliers and online – sourcing of best deals for required products.
- Responsible for advertising and updating vacancies on online portals for the portfolio and ensuring ads are featured as per spreadsheet.
- Update various spreadsheets on excel including featured listings for vacancies as well as property contacts.
- Correspond with banks, suppliers, auditors.

- Computer literacy (reasonable math and excel ability)
- A drivers license and own car
