What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the diary.
  • Co-ordination of jobs, process flow between departments, and status management against determined deadlines.
  • Co-ordinating and collaborating with the teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Create a deadline based workflow, allocate tasks, follow up with the members of staff to create a workflow deadline and manage this process.
  • Help the team prioritize.
  • Contact clients to follow up where necessary.
  • Run the weekly team meetings.

Boxes to tick…

  • Matric
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom would be a bonus.
  • You have experience in traffic co-ordination within a deadline based workplace.
