Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the rental department, leading a team of rental agents, and ensuring the successful leasing of apartments across our estates.

What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance, conducting training sessions, evaluating team performance, and maintaining tenant relationships.
- Recruitment - identifying staffing needs, participating in the hiring process, conducting thorough onboarding and making informed decisions about hiring and termination based on performance assessments.
- Strategic planning to maximize occupancy rates, staying informed about market trends, and collaborating with other departments.
- Establishing and monitoring performance metrics and generating reports for improvement.

- Proven experience in sales or promotions and management (minimum of 2 years), with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and leasing trends – advantageous
- Competent with MS Office and other sales/CRM software
- Previous experience in hiring and managing a sales or promotions team – advantageous
