What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

Sales Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales team members to monitor performance, provide guidance, and resolve challenges.
  • Establish clear goals, set sales targets, and monitor progress to ensure team accountability and success.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Key Account Management:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with high-value corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, providing product solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Create and present customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Proven experience in key account management, corporate sales, and managing a sales team
